They came right out and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. They were very helpful, and when we finally did decide on which stove to install, they didn't waste any time getting it and installing it. Tracy Pragnell was very professional and courteous. When he finished installing the stove, he stayed and made sure it worked as it was supposed to, even though it was getting late at night. If you need anything done, concerning any type of heating source, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company at all. It's nice to see someone take an interest in what they do, and keep the concerns of the customer in mind."

"In June of 2005 we discovered our chimney was leaking. We had water running down the front of our fireplace. We had a real emergency. We had plastic wrapped around the chimney and continued to have rainstorms. We were having no luck getting the local chimney contractor to show up to fix it. I called Tracy and told him our problem. Even though he was supposed to be in Wyoming later, he made time to meet me to assess the problem. He offered several repair suggestions and gave me a bid in a timely manner. He did an excellent job of tuck pointing and capping my chimney. It looks great and the best part of all is it doesn't leak anymore! Tracy is very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend his work to anyone.
